The Berlin U25 Open will be organized for the first time in 2023 and will take place annually from now on.
The organizer of the tournament is the SV Königsjäger Süd-West e.V., supported by the Deutscher Schachbund e.V. and the Berliner Schachverband e.V..
The tournament will be exceptionally well endowed with prize money. This is made possible by a considerable fortune, which our long-time club member Rainer Radtke has left us with this purpose.
We would like to thank the School and Sports Office Steglitz-Zehlendorf, as well as the Beethoven Gymnasium for providing the rooms.
